This hotel suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, free parking, and kitchen utensils. The staff helped me find great shopping spots on my first stay. I highly recommend staying here! I'm coming back for Easter.

My stay was a nightmare due to numerous issues. First off, the receptionist was extremely rude, making a stressful situation much worse after a long drive. The room I was given was a disaster. it was missing kitchen utensils and had a persistent foul odor, giving a clear indication of poor maintenance. To top it off, I dealt with a clogged sink and barely functioning shower. for the price I paid, I expected a much better experience.

We had a nice 2-night family getaway. The breakfast was surprisingly good – probably the best continental spread I've seen in ages! Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, which was perfect for us. Only hiccup was the room's fireplace that didn’t work. Would've loved to cozy up after a long day!

It was just a fitting option for a quick layover in Ridgeland with all in all brilliant value for money. The night clerk was very kind to bring coffee refills when I ran out late at night. Make sure to check the availability of kitchen utensils in the room before settling in.

I was surprised by how much space we had in that two-bedroom suite. The best part was the excellent continental breakfast, I mean who doesn't love waffles in the morning right?

Wasn't exactly a bargain for what we got but could've been worse.

The stay was quite good overall, especially given that I was traveling with a group. The staff was very kind and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed with the Residence Manager's graciousness and the attention to detail in the room amenities. Although there was a mix-up with the room configurations, the atmosphere made up for it. I would definitely consider staying here again for its warm service and cozy environment.
